Assignment at a Glance
A T emporary
Assignments is just as important as a permanent contract so we need our
temporary staff to be committed and reliable.
Please note the following points:
| PROFESSIONAL
As a Eurobritz Representative
ensure your personal appearance and hygiene is to a high standard and
conduct yourself in a professional manger. At the company Induction jot down
key points. Ensure the
rules and regulations of the company are strictly adhered to.

| PERSONAL
Sending
personal email or internet activities is not allowed and mobile
telephones must be switched off during working hours. Advise people to
contact you via the companies internal procedures whether it be
switchboard to leave a message or Personnel etc you will be advised
during the Induction Process. As temporary assignment in the main are
to assist the company fulfil peak periods attendance and punctuality
are key therefore appointments should be made outside your working
time.

| PAYROLL
Any queries
relating to pay must be
directed to your Eurobritz consultant or the office – the company will
not be able to discuss anything in this regard. You can contact the Eurobritz
office on 01254 668880 (you have the option to leave a message) or fax
on 01254 668945 or email info@eurobritz.com (Office hours
9-5) we will look at the query and get back to you as soon as possible.
We need to
receive a correctly completed signed timesheet by Monday pm each week –
wages are paid via BACS system.
Some companies have their own system for providing the
hours you will be advised if this is the case at the Induction.

| REFERENCES
We may be
approached for a reference on your behalf the reference if you apply
for employment elsewhere so please remember this will be a reflection
on your performance whilst you worked at the company so it is important
to present a high standard of work and attitude.

| CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
You will receive “Terms of
Engagement of Temporary Worker” you should read the contents as it
details the
procedures for example if you are unable to attend work at any
time etc |
| NEW TEMP?
If you have
worked for us previously then you will be familiar with our
procedures. If not here is
a quick look at what the normal run up to the start of an Assignment
comprises of:

Register with Eurobritz: Application Form
·
Provide documentation: Bank Details/ID Evidence/Right to
Work in UK/
Reference/Licence (if applicable)/P45 or ask for P46
·
Interview with Client (if requested)
·
Agree start date
·
Meeting with Eurobritz for pre start
briefing
·
Receive Paperwork: Offer Letter/Contract/Bank Account
Application (if applicable)/National Insurance Application (if
applicable) any other relevant documentation
·
Commence Work
·
Appointment for Bank Account and National
Insurance (if applicable) notified thereafter
